The last days of Winter are upon us, and I am here to reflect on some of them.
I spent the past few weeks traveling around a little bit. I was invited on a trip to Paris, which was an amazing gift and a wonderful experience. Afterwhich I went to Munich, Germany to relax and enjoy the views and food.
Paris was marvelous. Everything is presented in such a classic way. It has not lost the charm it has always had. Of course, there were a lot of memorial places and posters for the Charlie Hebdo tragedy that had happened recently, which was quite sobering to see. The incident that happened shook-up the French nation as well as the world, which resulted in soldiers marching around the city in groups of three with their machine guns in hand. It made me feel a little uneasy to say the least.
Thanks to the wonderful Ulli Lust, author and artist of award-winning graphic novels like "Today is the last day of the rest of your life" and "Flughunde", we got to see some really nice restaurants and little hidden away treasures of Paris. It was a wonderful experience.
Needless to say, I almost died in every vintage boutique we entered. Including Mamz'Elle Swing's, Where I left part of my heart hanging somewhere in a corner of the boutique. It is filled with adorable, original, vintage fashion from the 1920's to the 1960's everything your heart desires. It is officially my favorite place in Paris. Forget sightseeing! Go to Mamz'Elle Swings and get yourself some vintage drapery! The blogpost with the original 1940's Forever Young by Puritan dress I took home with me is coming up!
Next stop was Munich. Wonderful big city, where I went on leisurely walks with my family, checking out nice stores along with good German food and beer. Which is where I found my now favorite piece of outerwear. This green parka by Milestone, which I try to wear every chance I get.
But for now, it's back to Vienna to tackle on the working world! See you guys soon!
Thanks for stopping by.

I'm so happy we had time to stop by The Louvre.
